We’ve had a few sessions and she’s helped me tremendously, gave me coping skills and holds me accountable

When I started this, I was angry. I did not know why, not how to deal with this to a point where I did not want to accept that I was capable of showing unhealthy anger. Brytrina listened to me and help me identify and guided me to resolve this and made me realize and understand at a personal level what I had to improve and do to become help deal with my issues. I am very happy now and appreciate the things she taught me that I am actively using in my daily life.
