Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Cait Glenn. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
Cait has changed my life, and I say this wholeheartedly. I came to Cait over two years ago with a myriad of issues surrounding anxiety, identity, and career issues to name a few. Cait has helped me explore and overcome challenges, some of which I didn't know were under the surface, and we uncovered those together. Cait is warm, compassionate, and very involved.
She's a great listener who makes me feel right at home, but she goes beyond just listening and actively helps me shift my view and discover new perspectives. I feel that I can tell her anything with no shame.
I love that Cait is so supportive, and at the same time, she's able to help me grow. She picked up right away on the ways to best communicate with me, including explaining the "why" of certain tools and actions I can take. She doesn't just tell, she teaches.
I feel there is more than I can put down in one review, but I can't speak highly enough of Cait. I am beyond grateful to know her and for her immense impact in my life. It's a treat to have this kind of experience. Thank you, Cait!

Cait Glenn has a wonderful way of identifying with what you are going through. She is encouraging, yet honest. I feel truly cared for like I am speaking with a friend, but also advised like I am speaking to a teacher & mentor. She is extremely thorough, remembering every detail name/time/place of the accounts you discuss & previous conversations. I also particularly appreciate her helping me with actionable tasks to work on each week.

Cait is very good at reflecting my concerns and giving me ideas of ways to re-frame the things that are not working for me. I felt heard and cared for in our sessions.

Cait was very patient with me when first starting off, and goes at your own pace when it comes to opening up about yourself. She thoroughly reads my messages and always responds with genuine advice that has really helped me become more self aware. I feel comfortable going to her whenever I feel I have no one else to reach out to.

I appreciate Cait so much. I haven’t spoken with a mental health professional for a long time (despite desperately needing to). I am so lucky to have Cait as my counselor. She is empathetic and understands how to address her clients needs. Thank you Cait!
