About me

I am licensed in Louisiana with 3 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, adjusting to life changes, anger management, social skills building, ADHD, bipolar disorder, & depression. I have experience working with a wide array of ages, from young children to older adults. As someone with a Masters in Public Health and experience in public defense, I put great value on using a systems perspective in my work. I utilize CBT, Solutions-Focused Therapy, TF-CBT, and mindfulness modalities.

I work in partnership with my clients- building a safe, authentic space where they can be their truest selves. The decision to start therapy is a brave one. Congratulations on taking this step. While vulnerability may feel intimidating, your dedication to self exploration is a powerful force. You have all the tools you need to reach your fullest self. It's about time we unearth them!
