These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Candace Franks. We don’t pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
My first session went well, but she did not bother to show up for the second one nor try to reach out or have someone else reach out to there being an issue. Not a good way to start therapy, in my opinion.
Candace is great!
Candace is a great counsellor. Talking with her feels just like having a deep conversation with a friend. It’s very relaxed, and it always had me smiling! She taught me things about myself each time we spoke. She was very patient with me despite me cancelling our meetings constantly. I definitely recommend her.
Candace is amazing! She is very warm and understanding. She helped me overcome my challenges and build a plan on how to handle things in the future. I have grown so much and feel way more confident and calm. I understand better who I am, what I want and need. I’m very grateful for this time with her, best decision of my life!
My counselor knows me so well and I can rely on her to be there for me and provide the best support and expertise! Every visit is rewarding with Candace.
Awesome therapist! Her warm approach to my challenges is so refreshing...I have been in therapy for over 5 years and she is just what I needed at this time. She is able to really get to the root of my challenges and help me look at and address things in a different way. I assure you if you are ready to work on your stuff or really want someone to guide you through difficult feelings etc. This is your therapist! 5 stars!
This is my first experience using BetterHelp. My counselor Candace has been very helpful. In just two sessions, Candace has helped me pinpoint one of my major obstacles to better understanding myself and what makes me tick. I am very impressed with her expertise and professionalism in guiding me to being a stronger person.
