Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Candace Franks. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

My first session went well, but she did not bother to show up for the second one nor try to reach out or have someone else reach out to there being an issue. Not a good way to start therapy, in my opinion.

Candace listens to what I have to say. She is insightful, often bringing up things that apply yet I didn’t think about. She sincerely cares.

Candace is a great counsellor. Talking with her feels just like having a deep conversation with a friend. It’s very relaxed, and it always had me smiling! She taught me things about myself each time we spoke. She was very patient with me despite me cancelling our meetings constantly. I definitely recommend her.

Candace is amazing! She is very warm and understanding. She helped me overcome my challenges and build a plan on how to handle things in the future. I have grown so much and feel way more confident and calm. I understand better who I am, what I want and need. I’m very grateful for this time with her, best decision of my life!
