Candace is simply amazing! I have been to 2 other therapists in the past, but had to quit because it was getting nowhere! I usually feel worse and guilty after most sessions!
My experience with Candace so far has been great as she knows the right words to say and she gives great suggestions! I always look forward to our sessions as I feel much better afterwards! Thank you for being a great counselor and at this point, “a friend!”

Candace Williams is a patient listener, gentle guide and very knowledgeable counselor. It has been freeing experience.

Candace has a direct and honest approach that I need to be successful in therapy, because I don't believe I would be held accountable or be accountable to myself if I wasn't working with someone who cuts through the fluff and focuses on skills and strategies to reframe and reshape distorted and negative thinking. She remembers details about my life and is able to connect all the dots, despite how much information I've given her. I can feel my life getting easier to navigate and see progress. I look forward to continuing to dedicate my time and effort to a better life.

I have got more from one session with Candace than I have from months of therapy with a different therapist! My old one used to just sit and nod while I talked and cried, Candace gives me tips that can help with things like getting better sleep and not only acknowledges and validates my feelings but also helps me to identify the route cause and address it.
My only regret is I didn’t try BetterHelp sooner!
