Cara DeBolt, LCPC
About me
I am licensed in Montana with 15+ years of professional work experience. I have worked with young children and families for most of my career. I have experience with early childhood needs and development. I am happy to trouble shoot any parenting challenges or challenging behaviors. I also have experience in helping clients with family conflicts, trauma and abuse, co-parenting issues, and coping with life changes. I have spent the last few years working closely with first responders and helping them cope with the trauma they experience daily. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support and empower you in that journey.

Cara is understanding! She is a good listener. She is a comforting presence. She is respectful of the wishes of her clients and she is good at helping her clients create solutions. She makes me feel safe enough to explain difficult situations and emotions that I might otherwise keep hidden or unexplained
