These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Caralisa Alvis of Lee. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

I came to Caralisa during a really difficult period in my life, when I felt overwhelmed and unsure how to move forward. Although the work is ongoing, she has already helped me gain a much deeper understanding of myself and my emotional responses. Her support has made it easier to be open, communicate honestly and begin making changes that once felt impossible. I’m incredibly grateful for her guidance.

She is one of the most compassionate and validating therapist I’ve worked with. Not just an active listener but she also doesn’t “dance around the thrush”. She say how it is with kindness and I’ve never felt so seen after all my trauma. Like in the Avatar movie. She sees me.

I’ve only had one session with Caralisa so far but from what I’ve experienced, she seems to be a perfect fit for me. She understands my concerns & has already figured me out. She’s direct & honest and I really appreciate that.
