These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Dr. Carissma Hughes Valentine. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

Dr. Hughes has been great. She responded frequently over messaging but her live session was just what I needed. She showed that she genuinely cared and wanted to help me figure out my issues. She also set goals for me to work on which I found very helpful as someone who needs structure.

I’ve only had two sessions but Dr. Hughes has shown that she is actively listening and she takes note of the things I find equally as important. That’s what I’ve noticed so far and it’s a good thing.

I like that Dr. Hughes is confident in her expertise. She attacks problems in ways you probably would not think of on your own, and her words actually stick with you. I feel like I am progressing with her.

Dr. Hughes is a godsend. She patiently listens and takes a solutions-based approach. She’s very responsive in messages, no matter the time of day. She helps you track your progress by setting goals together and keeping you focused on them. She sends worksheets to aid you in working through your issues. She is very knowledgeable and professional. She is passionate about her work. I always leave a session feeling better and I am incredibly grateful for the work we’re doing together.
