In just a few weeks, Carly has used tools to help me move from my place of feeling 'stuck'. She is very relatable and despite the 'virtual office' she seems to be in tune with where I am and is able to provide the appropriate encouragement and tools that speak to where I am at the time. She is a great counselor! Glad that she and I connected.

Carly Mentlik has been great for helping to help me feel comfortable about some of the things I can’t articulate well. She has been able to help to identify some clarity and insight that has helped me be more at peace with myself than I have been in a long time. I appreciate her helping to track down resources for me and also listening. A very positive experience and I appreciate the site and especially her service.

Carly helped me in many ways. She listened to my problems and was able to guide me toward putting things into perspective. She helped me focus on the things I can do now and to not overly worry about longer-term concerns. Small steps, but immensely helpful for uncluttering my mind of thoughts and issues that were making day-to-day life much harder than it needed to be.
