These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Carol Bailey. We don’t pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
With Carol's help, I have been moving forward through my grief process.
I’m so very pleased with Carol. She’s very transparent
Very attentive to all concerns brought up in our conversations. Shows interest in one's well-being
Dr. Bailey is not only helpful, but honest. She listens and does a great job of keeping me on topic and on focus of the task at hand. I appreciate that she holds me accountable for my actions and she offers such a positive insight on my situation. I honestly wish I could see her in person , but video appointments have been a good experience this far. I don’t know if she will read this but thank you for all you do.
When I started therapy I did not know what I was in for. I was afraid to open up to a stranger about my life. Carol is no longer a stranger in my life, she is a part of it.
Super helpful so far. Non judge mental

Carol has helped me work through my anxiety. She is great!
Carol Bailey has been wonderful to work with. She is understanding and encouraging, but more than anything I appreciate how real she is and I get a lot from out of our sessions.
Carol is very attentive to my needs. I feel comfortable talking to her. She offers different ways of trying to handle different situations that make it easier to handle.
Carol has been very professional and it’s been helpful to have someone that I can start to share my struggles with my feelings. She provides me resources that will help me eventually be able to grasp how to handle anxious situations.
