Dr. Carol Davis, Psychologist
About me
When you feel overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally exhausted, it can make everyday life feel harder than it should. I help clients reduce stress, regain emotional balance, and build practical skills to cope with life's demands more confidently.
As a university professor, with doctoral degrees in psychology and public health I have had many years of experience supporting students, and health care professionals in high pressure environments. I have also worked with individuals managing cancer or chronic medical conditions who are navigating emotional overwhelm and life changes.
My approach is warm, collaborative and goal focused. Using CBT and positive psychology, I help people understand their emotions, build on their personal strengths and values, and develop habits that support resilience and well-being.
