I am a licensed professional counselor with over four decades of experience in a variety of modalities, from art therapy, to group therapy, to couples counseling. Although I have worked with people of all ages, my primary concentration is now on counseling individuals ranging in age from young adults through the geriatric population. Particular areas of focus may include those experiencing relationship issues, wishing to adopt a more healthy lifestyle (including plant-based eating), suffering from compassion fatigue, and caring for someone or being diagnosed with cancer. I am sincere and engaged, and will work with you at your own pace and level of comfort in order to meet your unique needs.
