About me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas with 23 years of professional work experience. My experience comes from providing mental health services to families, children, teens and adults. I have experience in helping clients with relationship issues, family conflicts, coping with grief and loss, & parenting issues. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.

I strive to treat the therapeutic relationship with warmth, respect and compassion. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage and I am here to support you in that process.

A top priority for me is to meet you where you are and walk with you through the changes you wish to make in your life until you meet your goals and get to the place you desire to be. Whether you are working towards gaining insight, reducing symptoms or improving your day to day functioning, my hope is that we can collaboratively work together to achieve it.
