About me

I am licensed in the UK with 3 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, coping with grief and loss, & depression. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.

It is important to understand that counselling can sometimes be challenging and that there are times when you may feel tired after a session and perhaps a little worse overall before you begin to feel better. It is important then to look after yourself, to give yourself time. If you can after a session, I would suggest you take some time to reflect on the session and to do some self-care, perhaps go for a walk, take a bath, listen to some music, whatever it is that feels right for you.

Carole is really relatable, she is open and honest and that helps me become so and trust her with my feelings....

Written on Apr 02, 2024 after therapy with Carole Ann for 3 months on issues concerning family conflicts, grief, and coping with life changes

Carole Ann has helped me so much in just a couple of sessions, she’s a great listener but helps me to think around and solve problems myself. I wanted to really get to the bottom of why I have had these issues and she has shared some fantastic resources which have been so beneficial.

Carole is a great listener, gets to the nub of a thought quickly, empathises and helps me think of ways to work through it. I feel heard, seen and helped by Carole.
