Carole listens so well and asks the perfect questions not only to understand me fully but also to get me reflecting and shifting. She's very compassionate and supportive, and I appreciate that she's gently challenging when I need a push. She is helping me move through a challenging transition and I'm confident that I will come out where I want to be.
