Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Carole Boes. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

I hadn't been in therapy since I was in 7th grade and that was about 20 years ago so the idea of therapy was quite daunting in my eyes even though it was my idea. However meeting Carole was truly such a blessing. She really took the time to listen and deeply understand me while also being critical and honest and tackling things at an appropriate pace to really set me up to try and understand myself at a deeper level. As well as learning how to move forward on various topics in an open/effective that helped me see things from a 360 perspective. I'm happy I found her and will be working with her for the foreseeable future and would recommend her to anyone looking for a fantastic therapist.

She’s sweetest, caring person I know right now. Can tell she cares about me outside of this being her job.

Carole helped me tremendously when I was going though a very hard time. She's very grounded and compassionate, and also accurate in the questions she asked to open me to new possibilities. I especially appreciated that she named the positive ways I was dealing with the difficulties in my life, giving me confidence that things would be okay. I felt better after every session, and I'm so grateful that she helped me get to the healthy place I am now.

Carole is honestly so kind. She's compassionate and understanding without being pitying. It's a breath of fresh air. She offers so much support through guided worksheets and messages. And she responds so quickly! Feels like I've finally got someone in my corner.
