My therapist is very patient, and never makes me feel like my problems aren’t valued.

She’s a great listener!

Ashley really helped me at multiple times. In some ways, it felt like talking to a friend. My wife has a masters in psychology and I know a lot of the normal check box questions. Ashley still asked them but she also realized that I needed a much more personal touch and was able to provide that. She would reach out to check up on me but it never felt like a sales pitch, just a genuine ask.

I have never had a therapist that I’ve truly enjoyed quite like Ashley! She listens thoughtfully & responds with advice, observations, and other helpful tidbits. I truly cannot recommend her enough.

Ashley is a wonderful therapist. She truly listens and creates a supportive space, while also challenging me to think more deeply about my patterns and perspectives. I appreciate that she doesn’t take over the conversation but instead offers thoughtful feedback, insightful questions, and new ways of looking at things. Working with her has been both grounding and transformative.

Very nice, but not a pushover which I do like. Says what's needed to say, even if its hard to hear. Listens very well
