Carolyn is the very best therapist I have ever worked with. I trust her expertise and believe she listens to understand, but also helps by giving straight forward feedback. Carolyn always has a great way to ground my mind since it does go all over the place at times, from topic topic. She is always ready and able, with an innate way to strategize how to work on one topic at a time, out of the many I oftentimes present her with. Her tools and knowledge give me peace when I am struggling! I ALWAYS leave a session with Carolyn happier and with a sense of personal accomplishment and drive than I would have without her! I've been in therapy before and I have to say that this is the first time I feel I'm actually getting to the root of my difficulties and challenges . Carolyn understands the challenges that come with living with trauma and neurodiversity yet always is encouraging with meaningful home work, check ins to keep me on track and great insights . I highly recommended her if you are serious about making some changes in your life.

Every time I talk with Carolyn, I end the call feeling lighter and more empowered. Even when we have tough conversations, she is great at remaining real while also being encouraging every step of the way. I trust her to tell it to me straight but also provide me with the tools needed to overcome all that we have gone over. She is a huge believer in the importance of self love, and that’s something I have really appreciated. I couldn’t agree more with previous reviews, she creates an environment where you feel very safe, seen and heard. You can tell she genuinely cares and also has years of experience. So grateful to have found her.
