Carrie has not only helped me recognize and navigate childhood trauma, but also helped me learn how to heal from it. She has helped me with motherhood, marriage woes, regular life stressors, and so much more. I have full confidence in our sessions providing insights and tools to help me each week! I’m so thankful for all she has done and helps me to do!

I very much appreciated how Carrie zeroed in on an actionable issue by the end of our first session, and assigned homework for how to work on it. I always dread the "getting to know you" period with a new therapist because it feels like the first several sessions are a waste of money. I was pleasantly surprised that Carrie immediately identified little things I mentioned and decisively chose 1 issue to target. I ended my first session with her feeling hopeful that we'd actually accomplish something.
