I believe that we all go through things in life. I work with adults, adolescents, and couples who are going through divorce, death/loss, financial issues, relationship issues, traumatic events, abuse, or deployment/transitional issues. As a former military spouse, I also have experience with military life and the demands of the military lifestyle on individuals and their families. As a counselor with 10 years of experience, I have worked with clients with depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem issues, work related issues, relationship issues, and various life changing issues. Sometimes we just need some support during our difficult times to help us cope and find the silver lining. I enjoy supporting clients during their stressful events in life to help them find Hope, Healing, Empowerment, and Enrichment.

Carrie is incredible, when I first started going to her I did not expect much to happen as I talked out my problems. As our sessions continued she has helped guide me while encouraging and challenging me to become self sufficient, more confident, and in general a better overall person. She helped me immensely to work through the problems I was having in my life. She has been an incredibly positive influence on my life and I will use the things she taught me for the rest of my life, I am incredibly grateful to her for all she has helped me to accomplish. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone.

I found Carrie a few months ago when my family & marriage had literally imploded and have been very happy with our sessions. No matter what I cone to her with, she is able to sort out my dynamics, emotions, resentments and confusion I have bottled up. Her advise makes sense, which is surprising because nothing right now makes sense to me, but she nails it every time. I am able to regroup after speaking with her. I am able to set goals and think more clearly. I feel more accomplished. She has helped me and continues to help me more than she knows.

I absolutely love my therapist!!! She is very personable and understanding. It feels like I am talking to a good friend rather than someone who is just being cold and analytical. She gives good feedback and does ask questions which help you think of things in a better way. Overall, best therapist I have ever had!
