Carrie Sorenson, LPCC
About me
My name is Carrie Sorenson and I have a Master's of Professional Studies degree from the University of Minnesota. I currently have been working in the field of addiction and mental health now for 4 years. The core of my work, as a licensed alcohol and drug counselor and a licensed professional clinical counselor is focused on the belief that all of my clients are human beings who fundamentally are good. Human beings who have had diverse experiences throughout their lives, which have shaped the way they perceive and engage in the world around them. I therefore, believe that each individual comes with their own unique experiences and perspectives, which is why I value the importance of providing an individual approach to therapy.

Carrie is GREAT! She is a good listener and challenges me to try new things as well as asks about how things with my current goals are going!
