I am an experienced licensed mental health counselor and registered nurse. I am committed to establishing a therapeutic partnership for personal progress through the ethical and holistic practice of mental health counseling with the goal of helping you achieve greater levels of self-awareness, self control and self esteem. I provide counseling services to individuals, couples and families. I have 19 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, anger management, motivation, self esteem, confidence, & career difficulties. I also have experience working with compassion fatigue. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
