I am a marriage and family therapist with over a decade of experience working with adults, children, and families. My practice focuses on treating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD and parenting stress. I use an eclectic therapeutic approach, drawing from various treatment modalities to individualize sessions for each client and understand their unique needs.
My sessions are goal-oriented and typically include psychoeducation, mindfulness, guided meditation and learning coping skills that are then practiced at home. Creating a nonjudgmental, trauma-informed, and safe space for a client to process and heal is my top priority. I firmly believe that the client-therapist relationship is the number one intervention a clinician can provide. I am dedicated to partnering with clients throughout therapy in order to assist them in achieving their goals.
I look forward to working with you!
