I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Catherine has been a tremendous support in both my long term needs (exploring my prior traumas and how they affect my current experiences) and my short term needs (helping me navigate difficult personal situations in the here and now). She always has compassionate, thoughtful and insightful perspectives and invites (and assists) me at each step to inspect more deeply the circumstances I am in. After every session I come away feeling like I know myself better and that I'm better equipped to face the next period(s) of turbulence. I am very grateful!
