About me
I am an experienced therapist who has experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, depression, self esteem and confidence. I also have an specialised interest in chronic illness and pain.
I work with my clients in a confidential, non-judgemental environment, supporting you in every step of the journey no matter how long it takes.
Asking for support can be one of the most challenging moments you can take in the healing process and taking the first step is already an incredible achievement. Therapy allows a safe space to be heard, valued and accepted.
I am available for video and audio messaging once we have made contact. I’m sorry I do not offer a messaging service.
I work between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday and will respond to your messages in those times only.
