Great listener and knows exactly when to throw in those little pearls of wisdom.

Catherine has been amazing. I was very unsure about therapy coming into my first initial session with her after my past experiences with therapists. But she has been so kind and attentive and supportive. She listens to the problem and doesnt just help find a solution she makes absolute sure you find a solution that works for you and that you would be comfortable doing alone. Shes truly been a blessing to me and my mental health.

She is an amazing person. So full of love and care. I feel that she really hears me and takes the time to learn my way of thinking in order to really help in a way I understand. She is a warm and loving soul.

Catherine is an extremely talented therapist. She is warm, engaged, and insightful. I always leave our sessions with new insights, different ways to reframe things, and very often, additional resources that I can take a look at between sessions. She is responsive to messages that I send between sessions. I can't recommend her enough.
