About me

You are not alone.

Life is about change and some changes are more difficult to navigate than others. Our experiences are varied & individual, but we all share the same basic needs. If your ability to meet these basic needs has been compromised by other factors, such as depression and anxiety, an imbalance in mood may be created that is often as difficult to correct.

You are not alone. I am here ready to serve and assist you with your struggles.

Cathi is amazing. She takes a situation and talks me through what is going on within it, and makes excellent recommendations. She makes me feel like the tension I’ve been carrying has fallen off my shoulders.

I would highly recommend Cathi to anyone seeking guidance. She has been an absolute saving grace to me for the past couple of months and I couldn’t ask for anyone more patient, kind and who cares about my genuine well being. She has been a wave of calm through all of my highs and lows and I truly wouldn’t have been able to sort it all out without her. She listens thoroughly, gives sound advice, and will give a gentle push in the right direction when needed.

Cathi was very supportive during a difficult and scary time for me. I'm impressed with the way she was able to guide the conversation while I was a bit hysterical. I find the dialogue helpful over time and it helps me believe there's a chance for change.

10/10 service. She truly is changing my life and allowing me to have someone to think things through, but also not let you think unproductively. I went from stuck in a dead end job, to finding the confidence I needed to get back to my true self!
