Cathy was incredibly supportive of my growth as a person. I always felt like I could trust her expertise with all things mental health. She recognizes that each person is on their unique path with their mental health and I gained a lot of practical knowledge on what that means for me for how to navigate work/life balance, different stressors, addictions, and every day emotional intelligence needs. She helped with confidence, over confidence, and for me, the ability to recognize the impact the little things have on your overall well being. I can’t thank her enough and wish her and all of her clients well.

She’s absolutely wonderful! She really listens to me, and helps me work to understand why I feel the way I feel; which is important to me. This helps me further work towards better and more positive goals.

Having someone to talk to, especially during the pandemic, about life struggles and relationship issues has been extremely helpful! I feel grateful to have Cathy (Nichole) Dulin as my counselor and am appreciative of her expertise. Would definitely recommend her to others!
