Hello! I'm glad that you are here. The following is a little about me and my counseling practice. I have been in private practice since 2009. I enjoy helping clients with a range of issues such as: anxiety, self-sabotage, family dynamics, relationships, depression, intrusive thoughts, negative thought patterns, motivation, "why am I here and what is all this for?!" a.k.a. existential crisis, narcissistic abuse recovery, self-esteem and self-worth. It is always my goal to provide clients with a judgment-free space to express themselves and I work with clients to enhance self-acceptance and self-esteem. I also encourage and teach mindfulness and utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) approaches.
You will hear from me often! I stay in frequent contact with my clients between sessions via worksheets and messages and you can message me anytime. I recommend books and podcasts and send positive affirmations throughout the week.
I am a Master's Level Licensed Professional Counselor with Mental Health Service Provider designation and have been a counselor since 2003. Please note that I see only clients who reside and are physically in the state of Tennessee.
