I have been a mental health clinician for over 15 years. I believe in celebrating every win, including that you are wanting to make changes and looking for a therapist. I work with youth and adult clients, focusing on supporting those that need support and understanding as members of subcultures. I specialize in working with geek, LGBTQ, AAPI, chronically ill, neurodivergent, and kink cultures.

You will set goals and I can work with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and other talk therapies to support you in reaching your goals. I specialize in treating anxiety disorders, depression, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), personality disorders, ADHD and neurodivergence. I believe that treatment depends on celebrating you, your values, goals and community.
