I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience. I work with people who are facing challenging times in their lives. Sometimes the most valuable think I can do for you is to listen and care. Other times, you might need help identifying the underlying cause of a feeling or conflict in your life.
I am trained as a Relational-Cultural Therapist and believe the work of healing happens in relationship (between the client and the therapist as well as in relationships in day-to-day life). I utilize therapeutic skills from a variety of models including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
No matter how big or small the issue you want to discuss, I believe that my therapeutic techniques will be helpful to you. Contact me when you're ready to get started.

Written on Nov 26, 2018 after therapy with Celeste for 1 year and 6 months on issues concerning intimacy-related issues, and self esteem
I have been working with Celeste for nearly a year now. Prior to Celeste, in my entire life I have seen 6-7 different therapists for differing lengths of time. Remarkably, Celeste, an online counselor, has been the best! No one is more surprise by this than me. I wouldn't think an online therapy situation could be better than an in person therapeutic setting, but in this case it is. In fact, after working with Celeste for a few months I no longer felt the need to see my other in person therapist, that I saw once a week in her office. The quality of Celeste's counseling was just so much better.
Celeste is extremely compassionate, understanding, and supportive. When we have a session I always feel she is fully present, and she usually has insights I would not be able to come to on my own, and again I am no novice to therapy. Overall, I would say I am very pleased with Celeste, and BetterHelp.

I have had a great experience working with Celeste. She has really made an effort to get to know and understand me, to respond quickly and to let me know that she is here to support me. She has given me skills and tools, but mostly I feel that she cares about what is going on for me and knows how to effectively support me. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Celeste is professional, and then again, she's also very warm. I had very clear concerns when we first spoke and as things progressed and my life unfolded, I got very emotional and unable to focus on them without help. She was that help. Guiding me gently back to what I needed to do and listening so that I could still express the turbulence that I was going through. I'm overseas, away from home, where professional mental health help is impossible to find. Without this - I'd be in very bad shape. She's really made it much easier to maintain, grow, and find happiness even during the challenges that I'm facing.
