My name is Chalene Gardenhire and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker residing in the Peachy state of Georgia. I have over 15 years of mental health experience and specialize in relationship challenges, women’s issues, young adult transitions and grief & loss.

As a therapist, I provide individual and couple's counseling and practice the Family Preservation Model as it relates to your emotional and behavioral difficulties providing quality service, compassion and education within each session. I believe in the sanctity of love and will work with couples to foster the health of this bond. I specialize in building communication, building the esteem and rediscovering the passion within the relationship. If I have two willing individuals who love, respect and are motivated to make a change within the intertwines of their union, then we have conquered the first step of their journey to healing!

I am open to understanding and appreciating your spiritual journey and will assist with what’s necessary in finding your inner peace. I promote spiritual healthiness through practicing meditation, listening to uplifting music, spending time with nature, maintaining physical healthiness, purging negative energy, and following your instincts.

I enjoy my sessions with Charlene as she is very easy to talk to. It’s like talking to a non-judgmental friend that actually has suggestions to help you with your journey. I feel seen and heard.

Charlene is amazing at what she does. In the few short weeks since starting therapy, I’ve seen an improvement in my thinking. She’s given me great advice and is open to all that I have to say. I’m very lucky to have her as a therapist.
