Chan-Tal Wilborn, LPC
About me
Life experiences influence how we think, feel, and respond to the world around us, but they do not determine who we are or who we can become. My approach to therapy is rooted in the belief that while our experiences may shape our story, they do not have to define our future. I believe every individual possesses strengths, resilience, and purpose that can be uncovered and strengthened throughout the healing process.
I provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where individuals feel seen, heard, valued, and empowered. Together, we will explore the connection between the heart and mind, gaining insight into how life experiences influence thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relationships.
My goal is to help clients build resilience, develop healthy coping strategies, and move beyond survival toward restoration, purpose, wellness, and wholeness.

Chan-Tal is the best therapist I’ve had, and I’ve had experience with therapy for 14 years! She is gifted in the ways she empowers you, challenges you, and inspires you. She is one of a kind and a blessing. I have already learned so much

I think she’s a great therapist cause she lets you be you and she then gives you biblical advice about whatever you tell her what you are dealing with that’s a plus for me
