I am a Licensed Master Social Worker with a specialization in clinical practice. I have been a social worker for over 10 years and I have experience providing therapy services to individuals, groups, and families. I have worked with many people experiencing life transitions, coping with the effects of trauma, and who are living with grief and loss. I have also worked with many people who are survivors of domestic violence and other forms of abuse. In addition, I have extensive experience with helping people cope with stress and anxiety.
Some counseling approaches I often use are cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and psychodynamic therapy. At the forefront of my practice is the respect for the dignity and worth of each individual. I am an excellent listener who has a non-judgmental approach to my interaction with others.

Chandra has already been such a kind, understanding, compassionate, transformative agent of change in my life. She’s helping me see through the fog about some of the ways I behave and is a guiding light helping me push through years and years of trauma that, before her, I never even felt comfortable discussing. A voice of clarity; confidence; and strong intuition in what’s been one long tunnel of my own confusion coping mechanisms; and survival modes; Chandra’s helping me heal rather than slap bandaids on things with both a solutions-based approach while also helping me process the dark stuff. I never could have imagined, in such a short time, I would find someone like her. I’m truly grateful.
