About me
One of the most challenging parts of therapy is finding a therapist you can connect with, and it is a critical component to a successful therapeutic experience. You are the expert about your life and my job is to provide a safe space for processing, support, and skill development to assist you in achieving your goals. I am passionate about working with clients who struggle with their substance use, are experiencing symptoms of depression/anxiety, and those who are facing transitional life challenges. Whatever challenges you face, we will work together to define your goals and explore the issues that are of concern to you.
My experience consists of treating a wide variety of both addiction and mental health issues. I've worked with various populations such as corrections, homeless, teens, veterans, LGBT, along with many others. I look forward to working with you!
