About me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Tennessee with 12 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, trauma and abuse as well as other issues that contribute to mental health.

I also have specialized experience working with clients who are on the Autism Spectrum and am a trained ABA, EDSM, and interpersonal connections therapist for this population. I am an experienced couples and family therapist and am trained and licensed for several modalities that help them with communication, interpersonal and intimacy skills. I have experience with groups and am a licensed DBT, Mindfulness, Cognitive Processing/STAIR, and Trauma therapist with many years of experience also working with substance dependence.
