About me
Hello and welcome. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania with 9 years of professional work experience that is certified in trauma, anxiety, shame-informed, and telehealth care. I have experience in helping individuals who have experienced trauma and abuse, grief and loss, anxiety, and depression. Furthermore, I have aided individuals that have difficulties with self-esteem and self-confidence develop increased adaptive coping skills and positive thinking. Additionally, I have experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds from an open and inclusive framework. I do my best to always meet the individual where they are by using perspective taking to allow the individual to be the expert in their life while providing them with the tools to meet their needs. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I know it takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. Please know that I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
