I have been to therapy before and have dealt with multiple therapist and though they did help me; Charlar has been the absolute best therapist I’ve had. She listens, is respectful, adapts to the style of therapy that best suites me and most importantly always tells me the truth. She gives very solid advice and genuinely wants to see the best from you.
