About me

Often, we are so accustomed to the "usual" way of living our lives that change seems impossible. Together, we will identify what is problematic in your life, explore your feelings, and then devise a suitable action plan that addresses the problem and moves you beyond it. The problem is no longer insurmountable, and together we find an acceptable way to ease your mind. You will develop coping skills, so you are more prepared to recognize additional challenges as they arise.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC, Michigan and Arizona licenses), a Commissioned Spiritual Director in the Roman Catholic Jesuit tradition, and a Certified Performance Technologist (CPT) with 20+ years in organizations working to identify performance problems among the workers, work, or workplace. My experience includes work in addiction treatment facilities, private practice, employee assistance programs, and spiritual direction.
