Very professional, listens well, and looks to solve problems with clear approaches.
She is really helpful. She understands and can help me work through things. She makes me feel like she is listening to me and really cares about me.
Charlotte was very helpful! I feel so much better about things than I did before. Thank you!
Charlotte is awesome! Very responsive and caring. She doesn't judge or tell me what to do but helps guide me to see things from different perspectives. I love that! It's good to look at life from other points of view I may not have otherwise considered - look from the outside in to see how I could have made other choices. Charlotte helps me do that without feeling like a total failure at where I am now but how to get to a better future. Thanks so much!
I can't explain how helpful is been to have someone help me through one of the most difficult times in my life. Not to mention the fact that at any moment of need I can communicate what's going on or simply what's on my mind. Not having to wait a week to go intro an office to speak to someone has been the ultimate best feature for me without a doubt. I would like to thank Charlotte for being so wonderful & knowledgeable to have been able to assist me in such short amount of time. I recommend the service along with her specialty, best combination ever! Thank you Charlotte!!!
So far so good. I haven't been with her for too long yet, but I find her easy to talk too. She seems very nice, and there has been a couple of nights she kept writing me back well into the night. (Which is great because I work Graves so it was convienant.)
We have yet to really dive into actual "theraputic" ideas or actions yet, but as I've said we haven't been "together" for long, and I still get the impression that She is still trying to feel me out and gather whatever information is needed from me.
I do have to say, I enjoy this way of Therapy a lot better because of the frequency of use, and since I get to "hide" behind my phone, tablet or computer it is a lot easier to open up and not feel embarassed.
Charlotte is a great listener and advocate. You will be blessed to have her walk though life's issues with you.
In the short time I've worked with Charlotte, I feel so at ease in saying what's on my mind. I've not felt this way before with anyone. Anyone lucky enough to work with her will find the experience wonderful.
Before I started my sessions with Charlotte Hay's I was depressed confused & not confident in my decisions. She helped me open my eyes to see things in a normal & clear perspective based off reality. I'm so thankful that this service was available to me... Thank you Charlotte Hay's "cyber Hug" lol (insider)
I am so thrilled to have better help. I had my life turned upside down and had to scramble to build a new life. I was working a lot of different hours and could not take time off to obtain counseling from a brick and mortar counselor. I was paired with Charlotte Hays and she was able to help me from day 1, explaining how things could happen and most important what signs to look for in the future to avoid the same situations.
I came to Better Help as a way to seek counseling, without taking time out of my day to physically go to another appointment. Charlotte Hays is a good listener who has the ability to sift through what I had to say and help me to look at my situation in a different light, giving me tools to make better decisions and move in a more healthy direction. Thank you Charlotte and Better Help!
Charlotte brings a very practical approach to each session. I can tell that she cares about helping you meet your goals by the questions that she asks. She is a very unassuming counselor that allows you to tell your story at your own pace and describe your presenting problem in your own words.
She also wants to get you from feeling stuck in your life to working on taking steps toward improving the areas which are bothering you in the here and now.
I recommend her as a better help counselor to anyone using the service who is ready for change!
