About Me
Hi
I am Charlotte Ludwig a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). I have over 15 years experience in the counseling field and have had the pleasure of working with clients in a variety of treatment settings. I believe people can change and I can offer a compassionate, empathetic, supportive, safe space to address your challenges. I enjoy working with clients to guide them to achieve positive change and obtain their goals. We all need a little help and no shame in asking for help and I would love to help you. I have experience and training working with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, and opiate and alcohol dependency, I have worked for many years with dual diagnosed clients and have helped clients with low self esteem, domestic violence, homelessness, emotional abuse, impulsivity, interpersonal issues, trauma, grief & loss, anger management, isolation and relapse.
My approach will NOT include confrontation or judgment and I believe one of the most important tools in counseling is the client/counselor relationship. My therapeutic approach will include cognitive behavioral therapy- person centered, solution focused and strength based.

Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Charlotte Ludwig . We don’t pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
I appreciate my sessions with Charlotte. Since I began therapy with her, I have noticed significant changes in my behavior. I have started advocating for myself, which led me to a psychiatrist. I am on medication and have begun rebuilding the mess I had made out of my life because I was spiraling. I have also been rewiring my mindset and stopped canceling sessions because I was afraid! I am keeping my appointments!
Charlotte is a knowledgeable, experienced, highly professional, and empathetic therapist who intuitively directs her clients to how their strengths can overcome chronic difficulties. I highly recommend her for therapy needed for depression, anxiety, residual trauma, and compulsive negativity using mindfulness, CBT, and positive support.
she is a wonderful shoulder to lean on and provides selfhelp worksheets to continue your personal growth.
Charlotte was great - she listened well and had good suggestions. If I could see her in person I might stay with her long term.
I appreciate your enthusiasm in helping me. It really does make me want to get better!
