I have worked as a therapist for over 15 years with adolescents, adults, and families providing both individual counseling and family counseling services. I work with a variety of emotional and behavioral issues and provide counseling services utilizing various therapies including: cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness therapy, traditional talk therapy, experiential therapy techniques, and MI (Motivational Interviewing).
I am a certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapist that understands the mind-body connection and how to unblock your potential to feel safe and move forward with your life.
