Charlotte was a kind and supportive character and helped me immensely in my short time using BetterHelp. She is compassionate and wise and feels like talking to a friend.

Charlotte has helped me become my own cheerleader. She makes me feel heard. She is amazing at listening and then asking a very self reflective question that can bring those “aha!” Moments. She’s warm hearted and very real.

My therapy sessions are very much tailored to me and are unlike any therapy I have participated in before and I have been going through therapy for 10 plus years. With multiple diagnoses, no other therapist has ever given me such a wide variety of strategies that I can put into my self care toolbox. I’m excited to clean out my toolbox that was filled with cold, clinical information that while smart and useful just didn’t fit in with my particular combination of mental issues and fill my toolbox with useful and relevant methods to take care of my day to day life and learn to finally live my life. I look forward to the end of this process when I’ve comfortably incorporated all the strategies and routines into my daily habits. Thank you BetterHelp and thank you Charlotte Neville

I was speaking to Charlotte a long time ago when I really needed some help and she gave me a reality check that I wasn't ready to hear immediately, but I never forgot her. I saw another therapist. A gentleman who was OK helpful. He definitely discussed religion with me, which I really appreciate, but he was only taking up time until I could handle Charlotte because I needed the truth. I would say Charlotte in one sentence without knowing gave me a breakthrough and I knew I would be going back to her. I did it fizzled out when things in my life got easier and even though things are still great in my life I always knew in the back of my mind. I want to talk to Charlotte so I've re-signed on to get her perspective on life and wisdom. I love the woman who she is, and I would be so lucky to be like her one day.

Charlotte is great about responding and interacting with me about things I need to talk about. I love her input. She makes me laugh, but she also makes me think and helps me get my head back on straight. I love how she may not always tell me what I want to hear, but I know she's right. It's just what I need.
