I am licensed in the UK with 12 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with a variety of different mental health issues including depression , stress, anxiety, suicide and self harm and grief and bereavement.
I have a specialised qualification working with victims and survivors of domestic abuse and sexual violence. I am a qualified trauma informed therapist and have helped many people who have suffered adverse childhood experiences working to support family conflicts and trauma.
