Chasity Keller Anderson, LCSW
About me
Hello! My name is Chasity Keller Anderson and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in North Dakota. I have developed a strong foundation of experience and training from The University of Southern California. I have worked in a variety of environments and played many roles including case manager, Military One Source counselor, child abuse/neglect, domestic violence, at-risk youth, homelessness, and a proud board member of drug court. I have coordinated volunteer programs for C.A.S.A, in South Dakota and have worked with children and families facing daily stressors. I've also worked with teenagers and their families that have been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. My goal as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker is always to communicate and build rapport with the children, adults, and families I work with, in order for them to function, participate and develop in their environments.
My counseling style is interactive, warm, and client paced with the hopes of providing my clients with a safe place where they feel they can discuss their presenting problems without judgement. Life can be overwhelming, scary, and difficult, especially with all of the unknown factors that present. I will be here to support you every step of the way, and assist you in overcoming any obstacles that may present. My approach is a combination of cognitive- behavioral theory, solution focused, TF-CBT, EMDR, and motivational interviewing that is tailored to meet your specific needs and goals.
It takes courage to ask for help and I understand the process of finding a therapist can be overwhelming. I am proud of you for taking the first steps towards a positive change. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you through your journey.
I look forward to working with you! Please note that my schedule does not always accurately reflect my available hours. Please message me if you need a time that is not available on my schedule.
