Chelley Collins-Anderson

LCSW

About Me

I'm a LCSW with over 8 years of experience in social services specializing in treating adults and couples with anxiety, depression, life transitions, life's stressors, family/relationship issues and a host of other events that could be affecting your overall mental health. I've in the social services/therapeutic field for over 8 years and I strive to meet my clients where they are and support you during your journey to healing and growth. Working together we’ll focus on healthy coping mechanisms, personal growth, and regaining control over your life. You’ll be encouraged to establish realistic goals and confront the internal battle that you may be facing. I use a laid back, talk therapy approach that is conversation based while also incorporating CBT, Mindfulness therapy and solution focused interventions. During our sessions I will develop behavioral strategies specifically tailored to you. I strive to be the catalyst needed to promote the self-growth and positive change you desire to see in your life. It is my goal that you will leave each session feeling relief, equipped and empowered to continue to face life's battles head on.
