Chelsea Echols, LPC
About me
Hello, I'm Chelsea — a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas. I work with children, adolescents, and young adults, and I specialize in helping people navigate complex emotions and build more awareness around their thoughts and feelings. My approach focuses on developing a stronger sense of self, improving communication skills, and working through challenges related to anxiety, depression, and personal growth.
I frequently support clients who are experiencing social anxiety, self-doubt, stress, grief, and trauma. In our work together, I offer a warm, confidential space where you can feel heard, validated, and supported. This is a space to explore what you’re going through, develop practical strategies for growth, and slowly learn to feel more comfortable with the uncomfortable.
Using a blend of evidence-based tools and a person-centered approach, I help clients address concerns like self-esteem, isolation, life transitions, and grief. My goal is to empower you to deepen your self-understanding, heal from what’s been heavy, and move toward a more fulfilling life.
Above all, I’m committed to meeting each person exactly where they are, offering support that honors your unique experiences and your individual journey.

Chelsea, is very understanding, professional and attentive. The one thing I really appreciate is she is not only able to give advice but she wants to provide solutions and techniques to improve my situation.

She is very understand but stern when she needs to be she is just all around fantastic. She doesn't ever give a boring or standard response and I enjoy that she reads all the journal entries and remembers them for next session
