About me

Welcome! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in state of Wyoming with experience in addictions, anxiety, depression, coping, mindfulness, and trauma related struggles, among many other things, for all age groups. I also have experience in working with couples and families, as well as individuals from a variety of cultures and backgrounds. I have been trained in and utilize both the Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy approaches, where I help my clients to identify their current struggles and learn different skills that can be utilized within those struggles. It is my belief that we all have a level of control over ourselves and our struggles, therefore finding that locus of control in ourselves is an integral step in this process.

It is my belief that creating a positive working relationship and rapport is highly important in this process, so I focus on creating that with my clients. My approach is highly client-centered, and I work to meet my clients where they are in an effort to assist in guiding them through the counseling journey. I look forward to working with you soon!

I am always happier talking with my counsellor on better help she doesn't make me feel so alone in myself and she makes me feel worth something in life and to keep going with my struggles and to not give up on myself or life and that I'm not done yet she always makes me feel better happier and wanted in life basically.

Chelsea has been so supportive, right from our first session. She has a way of making you feel comfortable and that you’re in a safe space so you can talk through anything you need to without the fear of being judged. I can’t recommend her enough.
