Chelsea Garced, LCSW
About me
Howdy!
I'm a therapist who has had the privilege of working with people navigating a wide range of experiences — from schizophrenia and other serious mental health conditions to substance use concerns. My approach is rooted in compassion, respect, and a belief in meeting people exactly where they are, while gently challenging them when it supports their growth.
Most recently, I have worked extensively with veterans and their families, focusing on post-traumatic stress disorder, depression, and anxiety. Trauma often brings layers of guilt and shame that can be heavy to carry. I am deeply passionate about helping individuals release those burdens so that life can begin to feel lighter, more manageable, and more hopeful.
It would be an honor to meet with you and learn more about your story. I look forward to walking alongside you in your healing journey.

I have tried many therapist before and I struggle with them. But not Chelsea , she listens really well and even when I ramble and give her little time she can inject small things that make a major difference and know she cares.
