Chelsea Poulos, LMSW
About me
I am an LMSW (licensed Masters of Social Work) with 10 years of experience in the field. I have a lot of experience and am comfortable working with those experiencing challenges that come with our daily lives. This includes but is not limited to parenting/raising children, behavior or developmental concerns, relationships, anxiety, stress, and trauma.
I am a very patient and thoughtful person and that is reflected in my therapy style. I love meeting clients where they are at and setting goals together to meet their needs. My approach is attachment-based and solution-oriented, but varies depending on your overall needs and needs that day. I look forward to getting to know you and working together soon!
