Dr. Ragas has been a great guide in my mental health journey. Over a period of months she has helped me process through a lot of past trauma and experiences in my own time. Her approach with me has been gentle and supportive, but is always ready to point out the unhealthy practices I have in my life in constructive ways. She is very obviously dedicated to her patients and cares about them deeply. I do most of the talking in the sessions, but she is quick to guide the discussion back to our planned topics if necessary and recognizes valuable departures from the planned course. I would definitely recommend her if you want an open, empathetic individual for your guide/therapist.

Dr Ragas has been amazing and helped me manage though a very tough time. She’s patient, understanding and truly cares about her patients. I know counseling isn’t for everyone, but I believe those who are ‘iffy’ about counseling would be converts if they had a Dr Ragas in their lives!

Dr. Ragas is wonderful. She is thoughtful, practical, nonjudgmental and empathic. She helped me significantly with issues related to social and generalized anxiety and alcohol abuse. I would recommend her without reservation to anyone who is considering therapy.
